Sheryl Hamilton is a registered massage therapist who has been in practice for 15 years, since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 1997. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia with a major in Biochemistry. She practices at Heidi’s Massage Therapy Clinic in Vernon, BC.
She has additional professional training in Visceral Manipulation, CranioSacral Therapy, BodyMind Integration, ThetaHealing, Access Consciousness, and Muscle Energy Technique. She is always looking for ways to improve her approach through additional training.
Her professional focus is chronic pain management and healing, prenatal and postnatal massage, and improving quality of life for her clients. She also teaches currently at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, as an instructor in the subjects of Musculoskeletal Anatomy, Neurology, Business, and as a clinic supervisor.
Applying her professional training and experience to various health-related issues in the body including digestive issues, chronic pain, joint pain, lower back pain, neck pain, reproductive issues, and postural problems, has resulted in changes in her clients' health that had not previously been experienced by them.
She is a committed life-long student of the body and healing, and she looks forward to sharing her life's work with you.
